Jess's delicious go to chicken salad after a big morning in the gym.

Ingredients
Rocket
Baby Spinach
Mint chopped
Cherry Tomatoes
Grilled, sliced Bacon
Pine nuts
Grilled chicken, sliced
Roasted Beetroot, cubed
Feta, crumbed
Red Onion, sliced
Avocado, sliced
Instructions
Put everything into a large bowl and mix well. Jess doesn't like dressing however, a balsamic and olive oil dressing would work wonders with this salad.
