Recipe: Energy Bar
These delicious protein bars are a great snack to have in your bag when on the run.

Ingredients
2 medium banana
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2/3 cup chopped dried fruit
1/2 cup seeds
1/2 cup protein powder
1 cup almond flour or LSA
Instructions
In a bowl, mash banana with a fork. Add almond flour and mix well. Add in the other ingredients and stir well.
Bake in a slice tin around 180 degrees for 30 mins or until top is golden. Cut into bars when cool and store in the fridge.
