Recipe: 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Peanut butter lovers look out. This is the bomb. Easy and super quick for that sweet fix. Make sure you use a decent quality peanut butter!

  • 0.5 cups Peanut butter
  • 1 cups Rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups Pitted dates


Soak your dates for 10 minutes in hot water.  Drain once soft. 

(If you are  using medjool dates then skip this bit)

Chuck them in the food processor and whiz them for a minute.

Add the oats and peanut butter.  

Pulse until the mixture comes together.  (You may have to stop and scrape down the sides a few times)

Transfer into a roughly 8x8 dish lined with greaseproof paper, and flatten out mixture by pressing down.  Pack it hard!

Cut into 10-12 slices.

Transfer to the fridge or freezer.  

BOOM!- Peanut butter heaven.

These beauties will keep for a week in the fridge or a month in the freezer.  Not that they will last that long....
