MUMS IN MOTION
If you are a mum who wants to start preparing for summer, increase energy levels, lose weight, have fun and learn lots of different ways to exercise, include your baby in your workout, learn about breastfeeding and exercise; then this is the course for you.
This is an 8 week course that includes babies and toddlers in the workout. Come out of the rain and cold inside and outside on a fine day. You will be given guidance and exercises to do at home and have ongoing support throughout the 8 weeks.
A great way to meet other mums, exercise with your baby (you do not have to find a babysitter), get your coffee group together, get out on those rainy days, increase your energy levels to help with the demands of parenthood and be supported to achieve your health and fitness goals.
