I have 15 years experience as a Personal Trainer both in NZ  and overseas in USA, Canada and England.
I have a broad knowledge in nutrition and exercise. I work with clients in areas from injury rehabilitation to sport specific training.

I have experience in many different sports my favourites being water relates sports, including kayaking and water skiing.
