Please note that RPM classes are exclusive of gym membership, however RPM classes are available to members at the preferred rate of $40 for 10 sessions. NB. Bookings are essential, please arrive 5 minutes early.

ENDURO CLASSES (60 minute format) :  Tuesday 5.45am, Tuesday 5.30pm, Thursday 5.45am, Saturday 8.15am

EXTENDED ENDURO CLASS (75 minute format) Thurs 6pm

STANDARD CLASS (50 minute format):  Monday 6am, Monday 5.30pm, Tuesday 9.15am, Wednesday 6am
