Congratulations to all those Mums and Mums to Be out there – lovely to be a part of your journey through motherhood. 

We have new MUMS IN MOTION courses launching Mid May.  If your baby is 6 weeks old and you have clearance from your mid wife then we would love to see you. 

 

Are you nailing it?

For 6 weeks from Tuesday 5th May we will be running technique sessions
15 minutes before every 9:15am body pump class.

Week 1: clean & press, dead lift, dead row, wide row
Week 2: squats & chest
Week 3: lunges (including options) & biceps
Week 4: tricep extension, kick backs, tricep press, tricep dip, tricep push up
Week 5: upright row, overhead press, side raise, push ups, rear deltoid raise, and front raise
Week 6: hover, side plank, leg extensions, and crunch

During these 6 weeks there will be an instructor on the floor working with members during the class.

Peak’s 100 Club

Do you want to be in Peak’s “One Hundred Club?

Do you do more than 2 BodyPumps or 2 BodySteps per week?

Do you want to be recognised and rewarded for being a valued Peak Member?

Then the One Hundred club is for you!!! 

“Bronze Entry” – Commencing the 1st February until the 1st of December 2009, you are required to complete 100 Group Fitness Classes of your favourite programme i.e. BodyPump or BodyBalance etc.

Simply fill in a form and for each class you do, ask the instructor to sign you off as completing the class.
You have 10 months to complete this and if you currently do 2 BodyPump classes per week, you will find this easy to complete.

In December of this year, you will be rewarded. A Peak Fitness T-shirt “Peak 100 Club” will be given to you and if you continue on in 2010 and complete another set of 100 or even get to 500 classes over the next few years, you will be rewarded with blocks of your membership being given for free.

Eventually you will join the Peak “Gold” Club and more free months will be given to you. Sound great? Then join us on the 1st February and start recording how many classes you will do. You will be pleasantly surprised how well you do and at the same time, be rewarded for being a valued Peak Member.

New Launch – “Kiwi Xmas” theme

Sunday 30 November, commencing at 8.30am

3 hours of fun for all of our members.

Programme:

8.30am Pump 68,

9.00am Jam

9.30am Balance AND 9.30am RPM 41 – only 13 spaces available – please book in for class

10.00am Step 74

10.30am Combat

11.00am BodyVive 9.

Father Xmas is arriving between 10.00am – 11.00am and will have iceblocks for the kids. There will also be a lolly scramble.

Kids will be entertained with games and activities all morning, so please bring the kids!!

To complete the day, a bar-be-que will be operating and a sausage or two will be available for lunch.

The theme is "Kiwi Xmas" and we are encouraging members to dress in "beachy wear" – e.g. sarongs, jandals, sunglasses, etc etc.
