What is CX worx?
It is a 30 minute revolutionary core training class. It is the ultimate class to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and “slings” the upper and lower body, this workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong.

Describe a typical class
- Warmup – connects you with your core muscles
- Core Strength 1 – challenges lower and upper abs, activates your muscle slings
- Standing strength 1 – trains the glutes, abs and sling muscles
- Standing strength 2 – increases the demands on glutes, uses squats, hip pulse moves
- Core strength 2 – trains the obliques in 3 patterns of movement – this is superset core training
- Core strength 3 – brings focus back to the back muscles to improve trunk entension
This class is a moderate to high intensity and you use the Bodyvive tube !
