Groups In Action - Tuesday 10.30am (Strength and Circuit Training) and Thursday 10.30 am (Boxing)
Once the mums have regained their foundation strength through the ‘Mums in Motion’ Course, they then join the advanced programme, ‘Groups in Action’.

These sessions are intense workouts involving buggy friendly outdoor circuits as well as using the gym.
The mums exercise in groups of 5 – 7 mums in 8 week blocks. They set goals at the beginning of the eight week block and are tested for improvements.
Joining ‘Groups in Action’ you can:
