Research has proven its not only safe to exercise during pregnancy but it can also enhance your baby’s growth and development
Staying fit during your pregnancy means you will be able to regain your pre-pregnancy body shape faster after birth.
Classes are included in a Peak Fitness Membership or you can pay casually (numbers are restricted)
